Are you 16-24 years old? Do you have your High School Diploma or GED?

At your local YouthSource Center, you can meet one-on-one with an academic counselor to talk credits and chart your plans for earning your diploma or equivalent.

Once you know where you’re headed, the YouthSource Program can help you get there through services designed with one goal: to make you a winner. But you have to do the work. Take the challenge.

BTW, with an Associate’s Degree, over your lifetime you can earn $1 million more than a dropout!

LA Youth at Work

If you are between the ages of 16 and 24, you have a lot to offer a business when you know what employers expect. Our workshops teach you what employers want and provide practice interviews with professional mentors who will share their tips and wisdom.

When you're ready, earn a Work Readiness Certificate, which shows local employers that know that you've learned what it takes to do well in their workplace.

Los Angeles Cash for College

LA Cash for College offers a variety of resources to inform and encourage students about the benefits of education. There is information and resource material for all grade levels, financial planning, and several different opportunities for local area students to be awarded college scholarships. Professional advisors provide free, one-on-one financial aid assistance to families completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and CalGrant GPA Verification Form, as well as the California Dream Act.

The Cash for College program is recognized as the primary source of college information for local students and their families, showing them that a college education and high wage career are attainable no matter what financial background. Now, more than ever, it is important for youth to understand the available options in choosing a college and career path.
