This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is seeking to pre-qualify experienced, competent entities to provide program monitoring services of its workforce development programs. EWDD’s Workforce Development Division (WDD) manages workforce development programs that are funded by federal, state, and local governmental agencies as well as by private entities.

Program monitoring is conducted to ensure compliance with the regulations and requirements of the funding source, to review progress toward achieving contract performance goals, and to identify both best practices for effectively serving clients and opportunities for improvement. Program monitoring is essential to ensure compliance with applicable laws, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) regulations, state and local policies, procedures, and quality of service delivery expectations.

This RFQ was released on July 24, 2024, and is available for review and download at Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (RAMP). Registration is required. All Technical assistance answers will be made available on RAMP.
