The 94th & Broadway Real Estate Project is a mixed-use project that will consist of 180 residential units and a full-service grocery store that will be located in Council District 8.

At this in-person community event, Council District 8 community members will have the opportunity to learn about the City of Los Angeles’ intent to apply for a United States Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Cleanup Grant for the project site located at 9402 South Broadway, Los Angeles.
A Draft application and draft Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) will be available for public review and comment.
